TERMS OF SERVICE

This is the terms of service for GRAND GLASS REPAIRS – DOOR & WINDOW GLASS REPLACEMENT PTY LTD ABN 73661637270.

 

By using our service, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. We will only replace glass that is broken or damaged. Glass that is cracked or scratched can not be replaced through our service.

 

2. We will only replace glass that is identical to the glass we are replacing. If you would like a different type of glass, you will need to purchase it from a separate supplier.

 

3. We can not guarantee an exact match for colors or patterns in the glass we replace. Glass is produced in batches and there may be slight variations between batches.

 

4. We will remove any old glass and dispose of it properly. You are responsible for disposing of any debris generated by the removal of the old glass.

 

5. We will install the new glass in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

 

6. We offer a warranty on all labor and materials used in the replacement of your glass. This warranty is void if you damage the new glass.

 

7. You are responsible for ensuring that the area around the glass is clean and free of debris before we arrive to install the new glass.

 

8. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem the work to be too dangerous or outside of our scope of work.

Lifetime Warranty on Workmanship

We offer a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of our glass replacement services. This warranty is void if you damage the new glass.

Manufacturers Warranty

Most glass manufacturers offer a warranty on their products. This warranty is separate from our own and covers defects in the glass, door, window, or other products we install.

In situations where their is a defect with the product, we will work with the manufacturer to have the product replaced under warranty. In some cases, the manufacturer may require that you deal directly with them.

Payment terms

 

Our payment terms are as follows:

 

For residential customers, we accept cash, check, or credit card.

 

For commercial customers, we require payment in full before work begins unless other arrangements have been agreed to. We accept cash, check, or credit card for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $50 fee for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

 

Cancellations for custom products or special orders can not be refunded.

We currently serve all suburbs and localities in Sydney including:

 

– CBD

– North Shore

– Eastern Suburbs

– Southern Sydney

– Western Suburbs

– Sutherland Shire

– Hills District

 

If you are outside of our service area, we may still be able to assist you. Please call us to inquire.

Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. After 30 days, the quote is no longer valid and a new quote will need to be generated.

Installations

In some cases, glass replacement work will require a permit from your local council. We will obtain the permit on your behalf if required. You are responsible for the cost of the permit and any associated fees.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. If we make a change to this policy, we will post the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our service after such a change constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
